Interiors - Week 5&6

This week has seen the level become more fleshed out. We're consistently thinking of new things to add and the rate at which they're being produced is quite promising. To reiterate, we want this level to be -big-, we want people to run around it and not be able to see the end, with there always being something unique or interesting to look at.

Above is the glimpse of a whitebox for a fort idea we had, made by Chris. This would be used to store private, or important boats if you will. With some sort of enclosed section, we added it to the context of the warehouse, which you can see creeping around the corner there. We wanted to give the impression that this fort was new built and still under construction, so adding little touches like scaffolding in the wall and piles of rubble around as well as little touches such as bottles of grog and crates of fish; gave the impression that this area was populated and being worked on by the inhabitants.

Some screenshots of the warehouse interior are above, we have a first pass done on the lighting, but no doubt this will change. The focal points are there, but the rest is overly dark and almost flat.
